When will I get my refund?
As soon as it's approved we send it. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
Refunds go back to the way you paid (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and so on).
For a return, you are refunded as soon as the parcel is back with the seller. For an order that never arrived, a cancelled order, or a small item you keep, the refund is sent right away.
Once we send a refund, banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
