How much do I get back?
The price of the items you return plus their tax, and the original delivery when you return the whole order for a seller problem.
You get back what you paid for the items you return, plus the tax on them. When the whole order comes back because of a seller problem, the original delivery is refunded too.
If an order never arrives, or the seller or courier cancels it, you get everything back, including delivery.
