Accessibility statement

Rundzee, LLC wants everyone to be able to buy and sell on RundzeeGlobal, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA on rundzeeglobal.com and in the RundzeeGlobal app. We are not there everywhere yet, and we keep working on it.

What we do

• A “skip to content” link and a visible focus outline, so you can move around with the keyboard.
• Text and button colours checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios as part of our automated tests.
• Touch targets of at least 44 by 44 pixels for the main controls on phones.
• Text descriptions for meaningful images, and labels on form fields and icon buttons.
• Pages that work when zoomed and on small screens, with the page language set for screen readers.

Known limitations

• Product photos and descriptions are written by sellers. Some may not have good text descriptions; we encourage sellers to describe their products fully.
• Courier tracking links and payment screens open services run by our partners, such as Stripe and the couriers, whose accessibility we don’t control.

Tell us the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the device or assistive technology you use. We reply within one business day and will do our best to help you while we fix the problem.
