Can I return something I just don't want?
Only when the store accepts change-of-mind returns. The return form tells you.
If the item is as described but you changed your mind, you can return it only when the store accepts change-of-mind returns. The return form shows whether it does.
For a change of mind, the return delivery and the card processing fee on the refund are taken off your refund, and the original delivery is not refunded. Items such as opened cosmetics, food, underwear and custom-made goods usually can't be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.
