Shipping & delivery
Last updated 29 October 2026
On RundzeeGlobal sellers don’t have to arrange shipping. When an order is paid we book a courier automatically, the courier collects the parcel from the seller and brings it to you. Buyer and seller can follow every step. We deliver in the USA first.
Choosing a delivery option
At checkout we ask the couriers in our network for a price and a delivery time for your order, and show you the options. We mark the best value, the cheapest and the fastest. You choose; the delivery price is shown before you pay and is added to your order total.
- Local delivery: same-day courier services and, where available, Rundzee riders and drivers. For sellers within about 30 miles of you and orders up to 50 lb.
- Parcel delivery: carriers such as USPS, UPS and FedEx, for anything farther or heavier.
If you buy from more than one store, each store’s order is delivered separately and you choose an option for each.
Delivery times
- Each option shows its estimated arrival at checkout, for example “Today, ~2h”, “Tomorrow” or a number of days.
- Local couriers can often deliver the same day once the seller has the order ready.
- Parcel estimates include a day for the carrier to collect from the seller, plus the carrier’s own transit time.
- Times are estimates from the courier, not guarantees. Weather, holidays and busy periods can cause delays.
How pickup works for sellers
- As soon as the order is paid, we book the courier the buyer chose. You get a notification and the order appears in your seller dashboard.
- Local couriers drive to your pickup address. Have the parcel packed and ready.
- Parcel carriers: open the order, tap Print shipping label, stick the label on the box and have it ready. USPS, UPS and FedEx collect from your address. Options marked “Seller drops off” at checkout need you to take the parcel to the carrier.
- Large wholesale orders are split into boxes of up to 50 lb automatically.
- If a courier cannot be booked straight away, we keep trying. If we still can’t find one, our team steps in, and the buyer is refunded if the order can’t be delivered.
Tracking
Open the order in My orders to see live updates: courier assigned, picked up, on the way and delivered. Many couriers also give you a live tracking link.
If something goes wrong
If your order doesn’t arrive, or arrives damaged or not as described, report it from the order page. See Returns & refunds and Buyer protection.
If a courier loses or damages a parcel, the buyer’s refund comes from RundzeeGlobal; the buyer doesn’t have to claim from the courier. We may then recover the cost from the courier, or from the seller when the seller was at fault, for example poor packing or a parcel that was never handed over.
Items couriers won’t carry
Couriers have their own safety rules, and these items can’t be sold or shipped on RundzeeGlobal:
- Flammable liquids and gases, fuel, corrosives, poisons and compressed gas.
- Loose lithium batteries (batteries installed in or packed with a device are fine, within courier rules).
- Explosives, fireworks, firearms and ammunition.
- Alcohol, tobacco, vapes and illegal drugs.
- Live animals.
- Perishable food, unless it goes by same-day local delivery.
- Anything too big or heavy for a car or a parcel carrier (over 150 lb per box).
The full list is in our prohibited items policy.
