How do I track my order?
Open My orders for live updates, or use Track an order with your order number and email.
Signed in? Open My orders and choose the order. You see each step live: courier booked, picked up, on the way and delivered, plus the courier's own tracking link and the tracking number.
Not signed in, or tracking a gift for someone? Use Track an order with the order number from your confirmation email and the email you used at checkout, or with the tracking number.
