Don't. Off-site payments aren't covered. Report the chat from the message screen.

Always pay through RundzeeGlobal checkout. Asking for payment by Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, gift card, wire or crypto breaks our rules and is a common scam.

Report the person from your chat with them. Reports are checked automatically and acted on within 24 hours.

What does Buyer Protection cover?Orders that never arrive, arrive damaged or are not as described, when you paid on RundzeeGlobal.
How do I report a problem with an order?Open the order in My orders and tap Report a problem. We hold the seller's payment while we sort it out.
What does "I received my order" do?It tells us everything is fine, so the seller can be paid sooner. Only tap it once you've checked the items.
