How do I ask the seller a question?

Before you buy, tap Ask about this item on the product page to message the seller privately about that item. You can also ask in the public Questions section, or send a quote request on wholesale listings. A general chat with a store opens once you have a paid order there.

After you pay, Message seller on your order works in every order state, also when you reported a problem or got a refund. Sellers get your message by email and in the app, and you can review the item once it is delivered, even if something went wrong.

Neither side sees the other's phone number, email or street address, and phone numbers, emails, links and social media or payment accounts typed in chat are hidden automatically. The courier gets your delivery address from us.
