Can I cancel an order?
Yes, within 1 hour of paying and before the courier picks it up. You get a full refund.
Open the order in My orders and tap Cancel order. You can do this for 1 hour after you pay, as long as the courier has not picked up the parcel yet. The refund is automatic, less the card processing fee our payment provider keeps and any courier cancellation fee (like a change of mind).
After that, message the seller. A seller can still cancel until the courier has the parcel, and you are then refunded in full automatically. Once it is on the way, wait for it to arrive and ask for a return if you need one.
