When does the lower wholesale fee apply?
On lines of 10 or more units sold at a bulk tier price, or from a wholesale-only listing.
The 5% fee applies to an order line of at least 10 units that was sold at one of your bulk tier prices, or from a listing with a minimum order of 10 or more. An accepted bulk quote of 10+ units counts too. Everything else is retail at 8%.
