When do I get paid?

Your payout for an order is sent 14 days after the courier delivers it, unless a problem, return or chargeback is open on it. The hold lets late problems be refunded from money we still hold, so they are never taken from your bank.

Payouts go through Stripe to your bank account. Banks usually show them within a few business days after we send them.
