How do returns work for sellers?
Answer return requests within 2 days in Sell → Returns. The order's payout is held while a return is open.
Returns with a photo of a damaged, wrong or incomplete item are approved straight away. Others wait for your answer in Sell → Returns; if you don't answer within 2 days we approve them. If you decline, it is decided automatically within 24 hours from the evidence and delivery records.
While a buyer's report or return is open, that order's payout is held. When we refund the buyer, your share of the refunded items is not paid out, or is taken from your next payouts if you were already paid. You choose whether your store accepts change-of-mind returns.
