How do I delete my account?

Open Account and tap Delete my account. Orders in progress must finish first.

Sign in, open Account and tap Delete my account, in the app or on the website. You can't delete it while an order is still in progress as a buyer or a seller. Order records the law requires us to keep are no longer linked to your login.

Can't sign in? Email privacy@rundzeeglobal.com from the address on your account.

Delete your account

I can't sign inAsk for a new sign-in code and check your spam folder. Codes expire after a short time.
What do you do with my data?We use it to run your orders and keep the marketplace safe. We do not sell it.
How do I report a listing or a person?Use Report this listing on any product page, or report a person from your chat. Reports are checked automatically and acted on within 24 hours.
How do I contact RundzeeGlobal?Email support@rundzeeglobal.com. We reply within one business day, usually much sooner.

A problem with an order? Open it in My orders and tap Report a problem or Return or refund an item. That holds the seller's payment while we sort it out.
